Alejandro’s experience includes leading organizations, building partnerships, evaluating public programs, and turning ideas into operating ventures.
His work spans the Arts Council of San Bernardino County, First 5 San Bernardino, El Sol Neighborhood Educational Center, and Lifting Our Stories. He began his career in education through Teach For America.
Across these settings, the challenge is familiar: important goals, competing demands, and people who need a workable next step. Emergent brings that perspective to growing businesses and mission-driven organizations.
